Executive Director

Two decades of experience leading community development initiatives across East Africa and the Horn of Africa region, with a focus on participatory program design.

David Okello

Director of Programs

Specialist in integrated rural development with 18 years of experience designing and overseeing education, healthcare, and livelihood programs across multiple countries.

Fatuma Abdi

Director of Finance

Certified accountant with extensive experience in nonprofit financial management, grant compliance, and transparent reporting for international donors and partners.

James Mwangi

Director of Communications

Communications strategist with a background in humanitarian storytelling and digital advocacy, helping amplify the voices of the communities we serve.
